Silicone Coated High Silica Fiberglass Cloth is a high-silica glass fiber fabric-based material, on which a silicone fabric coating is applied, and then special processes are used to composite the surface to form a high-temperature resistant fabric. The base cloth of this product is a high silica cloth, its silicon dioxide (SiO2) content of 96%, the softening point is close to 1700℃, can be used at 900℃ for a long time, can work at 1450℃ for 10 minutes, and still maintain good condition at 1700℃ for 15 seconds. It has the characteristics of stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and ablative resistance.The coating of silica gel on the high-silicon cloth can make the product have a better sealing effect, and the perfect combination of the two can be used for sealing and insulation under high temperature conditions.
