High silica fiberglass fabric is a specialized, asbestos-free textile with over 96% pure silicon dioxide (SiO2) as its core component. Boasting outstanding high-temperature resistance, it stably handles continuous working temperatures up to 1000℃ and resists instant thermal surges as high as 1400℃. With excellent flame retardancy and thermal insulation.If the high silica fiberglass fabric is used as the base fabric and further processed, it can be coated with materials such as silicone gel, vermiculite, and PU, etc. Then its application fields will be even more extensive.

1.Extremely high temperature resistance performance
High silica fabric can withstand temperatures ranging from 1000°C to 1200°C for a long time, and its peak temperature resistance can reach up to 1700°C. It does not melt, shrink, carbonize or deform under high-temperature conditions, completely solving the problem of damage caused by high-temperature burning of ordinary fireproof fabric. It is suitable for extreme working conditions such as continuous high-temperature and instantaneous open flames.
2.High purity material, stable performance
The silicon dioxide content is ≥ 96%. It is a high-purity raw material. After being processed by a high-temperature curing process, the fabric structure is dense and uniform. The flame-retardant performance is stable and long-lasting. Its service life is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary fireproof fabric.

The high silica fiberglass fabric has a fire resistance rating of V0.
