PVC coated fabric is made of high-strength cotton fabric with double-sided PVC coating and high-temperature curing. The material has outstanding flexibility and high elasticity, the resulting flexible duct connector effectively dampens fan-induced vibrations and compensates for ductwork misalignments and thermal displacements. Additionally, it integrates flame retardancy, airtightness, temperature resistance(-30℃~+70℃), anti-aging properties, and high tear strength. The fabric makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of HVAC ventilation systems.

Flame-retardant properties of PVC coated fabric:

Compared with ordinary PVC coated fabric, PINYI New Material has adopted a special flame-retardant coating formula, which exhibits outstanding flame-retardant properties and can reach the V2 level.Let’s take a look. For ordinary PVC-coated fabric, the base fabric usually uses polyester. When polyester comes into contact with fire, it will shrink and the fabric surface will become uneven. However, the base fabric of our PVC-coated fabric is cotton. Cotton burns, but because of its stable properties, it will not deform. In addition, with the flame-retardant coating process, the fabric will extinguish itself when exposed to fire, and the surface of the fabric is not flat.

PVC coated fabric cutting process：

The PVC fabric is soft in texture and can be spliced or cut and divided. Since this PVC coated fabric is made with flexible duct connector, it needs to be cut into different widths to be used for the production of flexible duct connector.
